FAQ's

Your subscription will automatically renew on the 5th of each month. You will receive a reminder for renewal will be 3 days before billing. 

The 15th of each month. So for example; if it’s June, then you have until June 15th to order for July. If it’s July, you have until July 15th to order for August.

There is a flat rate of $7.95. VIP boxes are $8.95 and t-shirt club mailer has a $4.95 flat rate. It’s not “built in” to the price of the box because we want to maximize the items you receive in each package, not use some of that cost to cover shipping. In fact, shipping actually costs more than you pay, but we absorb the rest.

We are actively working every month to discover new products! If you believe your product is a fit for our box, please woof us at teamup@ dogmomlifestyles.com.

All monthly boxes and T-shirt club bags ship at the same time – on or around the 10th of the month – and it should take just a few days for your Dog Mom package to arrive on your doorstep! 

If you want to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, just cancel or contact us 7 days prior to the renewal date, which means you have to cancel on or before the 1st of each month. Email us at woof@dogmomlifestyles.com or login to your account and click on cancel.

If you don’t cancel by the 29th day of the month before, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT (because some items are made to fit you and/or your dog) . We do not offer refunds on boxes that have custom sizes or have been shipped out.

Nope! You can subscribe month-to-month (cancel anytime) or you can pre-pay for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. AND if you pre-pay on an annual plan, you’ll get ONE MONTH FREE!

If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 5th of each month. You will get a reminder email on the 1st of each month, in case you need to make a last minute change to your address, billing information or skip a month. So don’t sweat it if you need to skip a month or cancel! We’ll welcome you back when you are able to rejoin.
